Team members get a minimum of 24 non-consecutive days - we adapt depending on the country’s standards. We want team members to recharge their batteries and show up to do their best work.

Sick Leave

If one of our team members or a member of their family requiring their care falls ill, we offer sick leave. We’re a community that supports our team members and cares about their health and wellness.

Parental Leave

4 weeks of 100% paid time off during the first year of parenthood or more if otherwise required by local law.

Pregnancy Leave

8 weeks of 100% paid time off during pregnancy, or within one year from giving birth or more if otherwise required by local law.

Bereavement Leave

In the event of a death, team members are entitled to seven consecutive days of paid leave or more if otherwise required by local law.

National Holidays

We value our international team and provide any local National Holidays as paid time off, or more if otherwise required by local law.

loves about Air Apps

I love the “working from anywhere” lifestyle that I have working at Air Apps. I am based in Lisbon but I have traveled and worked from Madeira, Bangkok and Bali. On Christmas, I will be reunited with my family in Rio de Janeiro and it means a lot because I couldn’t be with them in the last three years.

At Air Apps, every crew member has a seat at the big “family table”. Their voices are heard, and their contribution is appreciated, creating a strong sense of belonging. For me, Air Apps is an incredible place to work and the opportunity to be part of a great community.

Working at Air Apps has probably been one of the most freeing experiences of my life. We’re not bound by schedules or backgrounds, and everyone works hard and gives their best in all they do. All of this paired with how friendly everyone is and the cool stuff we do around here makes Air App the best place to work.

It is an amazing experience to be able to collaborate with people from different countries, with different backgrounds. The cultural exchange is incredible, and one of the main reasons why Air Apps is so unique.
